I hope this message finds you well! My name is Melinda Nelson, PA-C and I’m excited to introduce myself as a board certified Physician Assistant and your new local provider with The Skin Clique– the nation’s leading concierge aesthetics service.

To celebrate my arrival in the area and connect with the community, I’m partnering with the wonderful team at Elemental Salon for a special event! This is a great opportunity to learn more about our personalized, in-home aesthetic treatments, ask questions, and enjoy exclusive event-only perks.

- Specials: $1 per unit off Xeomin (tox) for event; all new patients 10% off entire service! Free deep conditioning treatment with purchase of  blow-dry. Free skin consultation when you sign-up for a free Skin Clique account.

As a Skin Clique provider, I currently offer Xeomin, a highly purified neuromodulator, and can also order Dysport upon request to best meet your aesthetic goals. While we’ll be focusing on wrinkle relaxers at the event, I also offer other services to include medical grade skincare consultations, chemical peels, dermaplaning, and GLP-1 treatments for weight management. Whether you’re new to aesthetic medicine or a seasoned pro, I’d love to connect with you in a relaxed, no-pressure setting.
